“From My Heart To Yours”
Dear Partners & Friends!
I want to open up my heart to you today about Daystar’s Heart for the World (HFTW).
Daystar has cut back from almost seven weeks a year of fundraising to now just three weeks.
The rest of the time, we don’t ask for money for Daystar unless it is for some other ministry, or a need like a natural disaster or social need.
Yet Daystar does several hundred programs a year and almost never asks for money. Think about the following programs that Daystar produces:
Ministry Now, Joni Table Talk, Reflections, Gospel Music Showcase, and The Green Room
Most TV Programs, and most churches ask for money every time. That doesn’t make Daystar “better” than them, it just makes Daystar “different” than them.
Many of you are new to Daystar so you may not know that 18 years ago, the Lord spoke to me and said, “Separate the donation income from the business income and put them in separate bank accounts. And don’t pay salaries or wages from donations, but only pay salaries and wages from business revenues.”
So how wonderful to know that 100% of your gifts go to 100% Ministry! I don’t know of another church or ministry in the whole world that can say that. (To God be all of the glory!)
What do your HFTW gifts go to?
World missions; local missions; Israel; natural disasters; social needs; and satellite, cable, TV stations, and internet carriage of Daystar 24 hours a day into all of the world! Also our Prayer Line and going into: prisons, jails, hospitals, nursing homes, shut-ins, and the un-churched. Plus, extensive efforts to help people with vital information on COVID treatment and the “vaccine.”
How exciting to know that when you support Daystar you are literally fulfilling end-time Bible prophecy to reach Israel with the Gospel! And you are making possible what Jesus said must happen before He comes back: “Preaching the Gospel into all of the world!”
